Coaching in all shapes, and several formats to meet all your challenges

We offer many different formats of coaching to adapt to your unique conditions and needs. We are committed to democratizing coaching in order to make it a simple and accessible tool for all people and to meet a wide variety of needs.

How do we conduct behavioral change?
Our method is based on the Motivational approach© in 3 steps:

1. Building the will to change

2. Building the ability to change

3. Building the readiness to change

Our different coaching areas of focus:

Development Coaching

To prepare managers, top managers & future top managers to be able to take on more responsibilities by reinforcing them with key managerial and leadership skills.

Onboarding Coaching

To ensure a successful takeover, by working with the person on the key points to successfully take up a new position.

Supportive Coaching

To support a person that faces a difficult or complex situation. Such situations tend to create overwhelming emotions, leaving people feeling helpless and not knowing what to do. The objective of supportive coaching is to help them take a step back, regulate their emotions, and be clearer about their path forward.

Problem-Solving Coaching

To help a person who faces a specific problem. The objective is for the person to leave with a concrete action plan and to be clear about the next steps that they must follow.
